Black River Spice & Tea Co. can supply your cafeteria kitchen with the herbs, spices and seasonings necessary to enhance the flavors of your cafeteria foods.  We have all of the most common herbs and spices and also many of the uncommon ones too if you decide to offer something unusual on the menu.  We buy only the most recent shipments of herbs and spices from our importers and in whole form when possible.  We do this to ensure that the flavors remain optimal at the time of your order.  When you order from us we prepare it the day before delivery.  We toast, grind and blend our products only to your order.  This ensures that you get the most flavorful herbs, spices and blends at the time of delivery.  In most cases delivery will be the following day if you place your order before 12:00 PM .

We package in convenient sizes for small to mid-sized cafeterias.  We sell our products in 16 fl. oz., 32 fl. oz., and 5 lb. bottles.  For purchasing agents who enjoy economy and are looking for more environmentally friendly alternatives we offer the same products in 1 lb. or 2 lb. resealable (Quad Seal) packaging.  For the exceptionally large or high volume cafeterias we can also arrange special order packaging in 5 & 10 gallon pails.  These larger sized products  are sold “near-wholesale” and account holders must first inquire at our Contact Us page about special pricing.
